1: KAY/O is gonna have to be first he has a free knife skin as his E but he loses it when he throws it so he's kinda bad most of the time.

2: Cypher has the best voice lines no doubt about it not an opinion it's a fact. You can also spam his ult voiceline because you never get in range to use it.

3: Jett is probably the best because a level 2 guy always picks her and gets 40 kills so she's probably really easy to learn and play.

4: Phoenix has a nice jacket

8: Raze can utilize her Blast Packs in order to further increase her mobility due to the game's airstrafing mechanics allow her to quickly maneuver onto site and die instantly.
