Hey everyone! I'm a college student doing my senior undergraduate research paper on player experiences in the group settings of competitive online multiplayer games, and I'm here to ask for you all to participate in my survey. This game needs vote-kick system.
As the title suggests valorant in dire need of vote-kick system.
Some griefers is intentionally staying afk and moves once in a while, watches you lose rounds after rounds. You cant do anything about it. There was a guy in one of my games...

'Main'ing just one agent and crying about it in Agent Select is straight up dumb
I just got promoted to S3 and it is astonishing to see the number of players who fight around in the Agent Select for an agent, and one just instalocks it. Same was the case in Bronze lobbies.

Incentivizing Good Team Play
Riot should have an honor system at the end of the match similar to League where you can pick the teammate who communicated well and contributed to your win. Maybe add a skin you can get from these points or maybe throw in 1-2 extra RR in r...
