I've been playing for the last week and I've reached a certain rank in competitive. Now all of a sudden, it's telling me to play 10 unrated matches in order to be able to play competitive again, even though I am already ranked for the new season. Why is that? I've tried restarting the game and logging in and out. No idea why I need to do this, since I'm already ranked.

I really don't want to win 10 unrated matches to be able to play competitive again. Any tips on how to bypass this or any explanations as to why I have to win 10 unrated matches again?
