valorant champions 2022 rewards not appearing in inventory

not sure why, i says theyre claimed in my twitch inventory but i still dont have it in game. i know my accounts are linked because i got a beta key from twitch two years ago.

Increase in hackers this act?

Anyone else encountering more cheaters this act? Me and my friends have seen 8 banned mid game. Comparing this to previous acts I saw 0. I just wanna post this so maybe riot can see it’s an issue at the moment before it gets worse.
