Why doesn’t Valorant have true 4:3 support with lower FOV?

What does it mean if I try to invite one of my friends to my premiere team and it says "Skill range diffrence"
I recently made a valorant premiere team with my friends and we made playoffs but we accidently kicked someone so we tryed to invite him back but it said skill range is to diffrent and our mmr is still the same so we don't know what to do b...
