I’ve heard rumors from valorant channels that riot was supposed to implement a in game tournament system (clash system) similar to League. Does anyone know when this is supposed to be released or if it still is going to be implemented?

what do you do when your team plays solely for KDA in comp?
So I just played a game of silver 2, and had a team who absolutely refused to attack when attack. They rather waited for the timer to run out, than going on the site, every single round.
