Why does valorant allow people to queue in valorant with communications turned off but then doesnt allow comm banned people to play ranked. The most frustrating thing is knowing you will have a guaranteed non-responsive teammate.

I am new to Valo and having lots of fun I started playing this game due to my friends and now I am just hooked
