The thing about flashes in CSGO is that they're deafening and disorienting, which makes them powerful. In this game, especially as more debuffs are added, I think flashes should deafen the enemies and disorient them coming out of a flash with an afterimage.
Using KAY/O in the range, I demonstrate what I mean. This post was made in response to my previous post about flashing someone fully and getting killed regardless. Check my post history if you want to see the discussion on it.
