I was looking through my skin collection and noticed I have a lot of different skins for the the Vandal and Phantom. Is there a way to equip skins defense and offense? Or is it just the same skin all game?

I started playing again recently and don’t know the best night market deals. Should i buy it or wait for a prime vandal?
