I’ve tried contacting valorant exactly 21 days ago and had no response from them. My ticket has been ignored and I have tried making another ticket, a couple of days back I notice the status on my ticket has changed to “ solved “ with no comment from Valorant and as an experiment I tried making a ticket on a secondary account which was solved in less than 48 hours. It sucks because I’ve invested a lot in my main account and it’s being ignored can I have an explanation?

just had an unrated game where i was insulted the entire time
i'm in unrated because i'm trying to learn how to play.. i am aware that i'm bad.. at least i don't place all of my self worth on whether or not i win an unrated valorant game
