Valorant NA Mass Disconnects

Is anyone else getting mass DC'ed from the server? Everyone in my game keeps getting DC'ed everytime we reconnect after a few seconds.

Do i have to be gifted to reach radiant ?

Okay this isn't just about valorant but do you guys think you have to be gifted to be one of the best on any game you play or anyone can do it if they try hard enough
