If you're on the west coast of NA, know that there are routing issues. If you have a good connection consider playing in NA(central) servers like Illinois or something. Downdetector confirms there is something wrong right now.
*Edit: The routing issues have resolved themselves for me. Also, there is now a notice in game saying they will be preforming maintenance in roughly 9 hours and that it will last for approximately 4 hours.
