Valorant needs an honour system to counter sexual harrassment/abuse

Hey all - I'll start with that I'm new to fps games and Valorant is the first shooter I got into. I love the game, but have a major problem with experiencing sexual harassment in roughly 80% of the games I play...

The minute I talk in voice chat it starts and lately it's getting on my nerves. I usually don't mute due to comms etc. but I am being forced to because otherwise I get abuse thrown at me. Is the only solution to play 5 stack at all times?

Why won't Riot implement an option where you can rate a players activity after a game and maybe play with people who are more active in vc or are nice like you. Perhaps implement an honour system like League. The report button is fine but doesn't counter the issue if being queued up with these kind of players in the first place. There needs to be a more active solution and not after I already got assaulted.

I know countless others who just want to enjoy the game and experience the same issues I have.
