Is anyone else having issues where all your voice settings are active but you can't talk or hear people? The options to mute individual players in-game are missing. Is this a typical issue?

As someone new to buying skins for a game - how much have you spent on Valorant skins?
Every game I am in I must admit i enjoy getting enemies (or downed teammates) weapons and checking out all the skins, but then i check the store and I'm astounded at the cost of them.
I joke with friends that it must be people's mum's cred...
