Has been happening in multiple games now. This is one of the instances. Bullets seem to be on target, hit the opponent but doesn't register. I play on 9 ping. Meanwhile people with +60 ping are able to hit me easily. Posted a video in comments...

As the title says if i remember correctly the prewievs of the bp skins usuallay come out before the patch correct me if im wrong tho
