Doesn't it feel weird when:

> people who like to customize or "dress-up"

> people who would like to use most of their old and owned skins to get their money's worth

> people who play a lot of agents

People who shouldn't care about this:

> One-trickers

> People with less money to spend (they're called premium skins for a reason)
