I know that ultimately it is those two which give RR but what is taken into account to calculate them? kills? assists? plant/defuses? I would appreciate if someone could explain with this as an example

I need help with my valorant sensitivty. its 0.318 800 dpi and when i flick over a certain range its a totaly miss/ overshoot and if i put my sense any lower its going to make it unplayable.
