I'll just go through some agents to kinda get the idea across
Universe 2 Sage: necromancer kinda vibe
Ultimate can now be used to resurrect enemies, a random dead ally will take control.
Slow orb, although it doesnt last as long it sucks the life out of those that walk over it, dealing temporary damage similar to viper smokes. has no negative effect on sage herself
Universe 2 Astra
Ultimate is now entirely see through but blocks bullets AND abilities (maybe you can't move through it as well?) Damaging the wall will allow you to break small sections off allowing you to shoot through.
Universe 2 Skye; like a volcano in a forest
Ultimate is now 2 little stationary drakes that could fly around a small area shooting fireballs at anyone that enters LOS for a period of time.
Her heal no longer heals health and instead applies temporary shields very similar to Reynas self-heal ability. Uses far more resource but if you tag multiple allies resource drain is lowered.
So these are obviously meant to switch up the normal play style of characters to blur the lines of the current roles even harder. I imagine this version of skye would play more like a sentinel for example, maybe this Sage could play out more like a Duelist (which is why you're more likely to be around enemy bodies than friendly.)
