I was fooling around on Split trying to get some cool setups ready for when it is brought back to comp and I found an incredibly good and useful cam, but I don't know if it's technically illegal. If you remember, Vivo Keyd used a cam that forced them to forfeit the match, but to me, this seemed to be a perfectly legal cam. The question is, what makes a Cypher cam illegal?
