Since school has started, I mainly only have time to play valorant on the weekends. And during that time, I seem to forget everything. I used to be able to consistently frag high gold-plat lobbies. Now I'm averaging 10-15 kills in silver-gold lobbies. What are the most important things to remember?

I queued against an IRL friend(speeshy81) and the game went into OT to 40 rounds. He was duoing with their raze topfrag, and I was with our reyna.
