Since school has started, I mainly only have time to play valorant on the weekends. And during that time, I seem to forget everything. I used to be able to consistently frag high gold-plat lobbies. Now I'm averaging 10-15 kills in silver-gold lobbies. What are the most important things to remember?

They definitely give you the worst gun skins in the item shop on purpose.
Been playing this game for a few months. I swear every single night the guns in the item shop are the least used guns and occasionally i'll get a good gun with a shitty skin.
