Posting this to find out what the shooting range benchmarks are for each rank.
Granted there are many other aspects to your aim and obviously your overall gameplay that affect your rank, but shooting range numbers seem to be the most easily quantifiable of all.
I'll start off with mine (Gold 1 in Tokyo server)
Medium: 20-22 (peak 25) Hard: 10-13 (peak 15)
