When you all are queing into a competitive match, who would you say is the agent role no one wants to play but is generally crucial to the team's success? I'm new to Valorant and when I queue into a competitive match I'd like to know what role will probably need to be filled.

whats the most important thing to work on to get out of plat?
i was in silver at the start of last act and i got up to plat1. this act ive gotten to plat 2 so far but i feel like im hitting a bit of a wall.
my adr last act was 155 which i attribute to playing against worse players and playing duelist...
