Generally I'm not sure what answer people are looking for. Am I wrong in thinking that there's only two outcomes here where you are better or they are better? Is it common for people to just let the enemy team win by request or try and play worse?

Does anyone have improvement tips for someone that can’t hear directions?
I’m half deaf and trying to get better but it’s so hard when I am unable to hear any directions. It also sucks that there’s no visualize sound option for people like me. So if anyone has tips please tell me.
