Pros: Faster fire rate, More accurate, Suppressed, (Quicker pull out time?)

Neon's sprint ability should be infinite in range.
Idk why it's like this but when I turn on infinite abilities in a custom game to practice some things, I have to literally wait everytime for the sprint to come back up so I can practice whatever I want. This shouldn't be a thing at all.
