Hi guys :) I recently downloaded Aim Lab as a warmup routine and have been practicing gridshot for 30 minutes before starting a competitive game. But I’ve heard many people state that gridshot has proved to be a waste of time, and WILL NOT help during in game sessions. If this is the case, what tasks should I put my focus on. Any help is appreciated :D

Haven't played since beta ended, what do I need to know?
I played the game from the second day of closed beta until the end of beta. I grinded my way up to Gold 3, close to ranking up to Platinum if I remember correctly.

Full plat/diamond team vs full gold/silver one. Plat guys lost.
A ranked game where average for one team was almost plat3, and for the other it was below gold2. If they were trying to queue together they wouldn't be able to, but it seems perfectly fine in the opposite teams. Oh well.
