i swear whenever someone throws it’s a group of like 2-3 racist sexist and homophobic guys who understand the game and are pretty good, but just decide to throw? its obvious they have a main account also, can riot not ip ban them?

I need help with redeeming Pride cards

I got 5 of them with no problems. Then I typed "PRISMATIC" and it told me I already redeemed the card. The same happened with Sherbet. I don't know what's happening and I would love someone to help me.
