What's the name of this software?

I saw a few people use some app to coach others or explain their ideas (here and here are some examples). It looks interesting and I wanna try it out. Anyone know what it's called?

Teammate volume keeps resetting at 50.

When pressed esc and increase the volume of any teammate, it doesn't affect at all, and after closing it and again pressing esc, it shows the volume is still at 50.
