what's with no one playing initiator in low ranks?

high bronze to low gold lobbies. no one seems to *want* to play initiator, ever. i usually end up filling with kay/o or sova despite maining smokes. are they really that unappealing?

How old do you have to be to compete is Valorant tournaments or does that depend?

I head you have to be at least 16+ to compete in a Valorant tournemant, but then I head different. What is the minamum age?

What's the difference between someone who has 1k hours and is radiant vs 1k hours and is plat 2?

I know most people say the only way to get better is simply to play the game, but I met someone who is radiant and he never played kovaaks/aimlab, he never played csgo, he literally went from LoL to Valorant and got immortal in act 2, barel...
