Some of my games we chill and all of a sudden someone gets openly racist or insults someone on a personal level. I ask all people in all chat to report the person and also say the reason for it, but sometimes I get answer like "No we don't report anyone", while this one guy in my team tells me my family should die.
I understand I can not force people to report, but every time I see toxicity I report it immediately. There are no downs to it. Why do some people refuse? I want to understand whats going on in their head. Have you guys experienced this too?

Where tf is snowball fight mode?
Riot has done it every year and it has consistently been a fun game mode to mess around in with friends. Was really looking forward to it this year but I have yet to see it. Did riot forget or is it coming soon?

Reyna buff idea
Even after the recent period of existing Reyna still feels weak when compared to other duelists like Phoenix. I think an overall buff of her entire kit is required to bring her to acceptable pick rates.
For one, the heal should give Reyna...
