What's the recommendation for duo role synergy?

I'm duoing with another friend rn, and we're struggling to rank up bc we always play different agents and roles every game. What initiator + duelist / smoke + duelist duo synergy would u guys recommend for us? Any other useful duo would be accepted if they're not the roles above. We're gold 2 - plat 2 after the reset if u wanna know. :)

Remakes should be automatically approved when requested.

It's a major disadvantage, someone's disconnected from round 1, why keep playing? I keep losing so much RR because of ego heads saying 4v5 is winnable.
