Whats With the Load Times?

I queued up a comp game and the mf loading screen with the agents was stuck for over an hour and a half. Like any sensible person who has respect for their time, I left. I come back and now I'm queue banned for 4 hours and a rank lower.

players who's sens is below 200 edpi, how do you guys dodge flashes?

I'm a high sens player trying out low sens and i'm wondering how you can dodge flashes with a really low sens (200 edpi and below). Is it even possible? noobie question edit: serious replies only pls
