What I'm talking about is the amount of playstyles this game has. There are 4 very distinct roles, in each role each agent will suit a slightly different playstyle, and each agent can be played very affectively in more than one way.

Just with neon you can play the good ol' vandal dualist, you can be very aggressive duoing with an initiator or you can drift around people with short range cheap weapons and even with a marshal. These 3 Neon playstyle are very different from each other, and all of them will bring you to immortal if you dedicate the time to it.

I never saw anyone bring this up in any context, but we should. No matter what you like in fps games, there will most likely be an agent for you.
