Is the server down again? (mumbai)
Tried launching Val and it showed me as logged out and keeps saying
"sorry we're currently experiencing issues with our server. Please try again later."

Why can’t Jett use her ultimate before a round like Chamber can?
Pretty much just the title. It seems like an oversight by devs considering Jett can’t and Chamber can. Like Chamber, Jett’s ult can be put away and is not restricted by a timer.
