When to use reyna ult?

I get confused when to use the ult, but I usually use it when there are 4 or 3 players left on the enemy team. But I'd like to hear your opinions on it.

Can we make a petition to change deathmatch?

I know that people play this game mostly for competitive, but having a mode to just turn off your brain, listen to music and train your aim would be perfect to chill before/after a ranked match. In this state, deathmatch is poor designed...
