I just don’t understand where I am supposed to practice before ranked?? Every game swift play or unrated people don’t try and hit me with the “ it’s just swift play” or it’s just unrated man why would I try?

Keep getting peeked and one tapped, possible to improve?
I keep getting peeked and one tapped in areas like split B garage on attack or breeze halls on defense. Is there some formula I'm not seeing or is my natural aptitude simply not suited to take such fights?
Apart from trying to take the gunf...
