Where do you look while aiming?

What do pros usually look at while aiming? or high level players? or even just normal players?

I recently realized I dont focus exactly on my cross hair but kinda have it in mind. I'm mainly focusing on what im doing/ looking around and stuff. Do pros look directly at cross hair while aiming? Thanks

I wish the new shuffle skin option would let you pick your favorite variant skin.

For example, I use all of the red RGX skins, but I really don't like using the green one at all. I want to occasionally shuffle out my phantoms because I have a few solid phantom skins (black gold and red oni, champions oni, rgx oni), but...
