Where do you look while aiming?

What do pros usually look at while aiming? or high level players? or even just normal players?

I recently realized I dont focus exactly on my cross hair but kinda have it in mind. I'm mainly focusing on what im doing/ looking around and stuff. Do pros look directly at cross hair while aiming? Thanks

whats a good nice way to stop people begging for skins?

so yes i have skins, that doesnt mean every game i wanna go through the trouble of giving them out, somtimes im just not in the mood is there a nice way (i usually just mute them if im not in the mood) to get people to stop begging? mutin...
