Completely disregarding the game, as every agent technically has good/bad aim depending on the player that's using them, who in the protocol, lore-wise, do you think might have the worst aim.

just wondering what tier of skins can come in night market, as i am aware it is just round the corner. Can skins such as the Prelude to chaos guns be in it? or is exclusive tier to high to be in the market?
