Jett is Akali, but...it seems like they also clashed Irelia and Riven's appearances together to make Jett, in ny opinion.
Neon is clearly Zeri, even in appearance.

Why aren’t remakes/surrenders possible when you’re down a player or two after round 2?
I had a teammate DC after round 2, and another teammate DC around round 5. My team wasn’t able to request a remake since 2 rounds had transpired already, and before we were down to 3 players, we’d used up our surrender (which didn’t succeed...
