Why is it when you add someone to your friends list that you just played with they appear offline?

I've tried restarting my game straight after but they still appear offline until the next time they log on. Which is annoying when I meet good people I wanna duo with in ranked.

Raze mains,any advice for someone who wants to start playing raze?

My current rank is Ascendant 2 and usually play initiators and controllers.I want to pickup a duelist now and raze seems super interesting.So what looking for advice who are experienced.

Skye heals don't count towards assists?

I noticed that when I am playing skye and the people I healed gets kills I don't get a assist which is not the case with sage. Or is this a bug?
