I've tried restarting my game straight after but they still appear offline until the next time they log on. Which is annoying when I meet good people I wanna duo with in ranked.

Which agent do you see the least?
For me it's harbour, definitiely due to his weakness in the meta and his shield being broken too easily and the slow debuff not being very effective
