As a solo player, I honestly don't care about the 4 stack situation. I think I encountered maybe one time with a toxic 4 stack. We can have an option to allow solos to queue into 4 stack groups.
On the other hand, as a 4 stack, I don't mind waiting a little longer just to make sure we can play as 4. Perhaps a message can be displayed to warn the potential long queue time.
