why is it glitchy running behind someone?

Why do the character models glitch out when you and your teammate are running perfectly behind each other. No other game has this issue so what is up with it. It hurts my eyes to see. Shouldn't this be an easy fix?

me and my friends were in unrated queue when two of us couldn’t lock then we queue‘d again and there were no penalties and that next queue our whole team and even the enemy team couldn’t lock any agents
