I have 3200 hours in cs and I'm level 8 Faceit but I can't play Valorant for shit. Everyone says that Valorant is easier than cs but to me it's the complete opposite and Valorant is the hardest game I have played in a long time. Does/did anyone have the same experience as me?

does it mean that I'm doing something wrong if i'm getting flamed pretty often?
i don't have a very big history with fps games, since i mostly played league for the last few years i don't have the sharpest aim obviously
i just started playing ranked and placed bronze, im getting flamed like at least 2 out of 3 games....
