Why does KAYO bleed ?

I was grinding valorant last night, and my brother was spectating my game. He asked me a tiny detail which i always overlooked when playing. He asked me "Why does KAYO bleed when hit. Isn't he a robot ? ". So as he is not of a legal age to be here on reddit, i would like to ask this to riot games on his behalf. Hope I get his query answered : )

Can someone help me with saving on eco?

When I light buy I typically get light armour and mid priced gun When I full save I don't buy armour and just go with the classic Both times though I always buy full util. How should I eco my util?
