I've noticed in some of my comp games some people are basically sitting spawn the whole buy phase and sometimes even into the round.
Majority of the time they are buying, so I know they aren't completely afk. I had someone tell me they had homework due at midnight, but they are in my games at 11:30 PM. Just sort of curious if others had similar experiences or have reasons why they are doing this.
