I see this a lot. People with 4 bullets when there are 2 enemies still and even though they have cover and none of the other team is pushing, they choose not to reload and when they're out of bullets switch to their side weapon. Is this blind confidence or is there some explanation as to why this is the right procedure because often times in these situations I see that people have enough time to reload yet they're either too scared to or too confident in their low bullet count.

How did Riot come up with the idea that 3% xp boost is a perfect xp boost for battlepass???
That is extremely tiny, might as well count as 0%. Also, it doesn't apply to missions, but even if it this, the xp is still far too small.
