Why is the shop the way it is? It’s actually frustrating.

All I want is a vandal skin and I haven’t had any vandal options since I started to play this game more seriously.

Is this a marketing technique that’s like if we make it a limited time they are more likely to buy a skin they don’t like??

I just want to buy skins that I want and not have to wait weeks for them.
