Why is valorant incredibly unfriendly to new players?

I just started playing valorant about a week ago. Currently xp level 21. And every match I'm being matched against sweats and high leveled players. level 100+ players who instantly headshot you on sight. Rarely do I match with players having similar skill level.

All this applies to every gamemode- unrated, deathmatch, even spike rush and escalation. Absolutely awful playing experience. How are new players supposed to enjoy the game when they are constantly getting shit on by sweats?

Please implement level/skill based matchmaking, excluding competitive. Thanks

This can only happen if you kill everyone on enemy team except sage, enemy sage revives a fallen member, gets two orbs, kills your team except you, revives someone else, then you kill them, Has this happened to you (not counting custom)?

13 straight losses to end the act

Love this game....went from being D1 most of the act to lose 13 straight ending up in G3. Not even sure how thats possible but game thought it was time to give me bots as teammates. One day I'll be amazing next day I'll be shit.
