I started playing jett for the first time and her passive feels OP. Other passives don't have any impact its just apart of the entire kit. Jetts actually does something different entirely. I feel like when she was designed, was too early in the game, and headed in a different direction. I am not saying its game breaking OP, just really useful for something you don't pay for.
