With the release of the RGX bundle, there are now 17 different skin lines in the game that are upgradeable and have unique finishers! Since there are also 17 guns in the game, this means you can outfit every gun you have with a different finisher. I felt inspired to share this after purchasing the newest bundle (yes, I'm a massive whale).

Please note the distinction I made above. All the skins on display have a kill banner AND a finisher - a kill banner being the counter that appears at the bottom of your screen whenever you get a frag. A finisher is the flashy animation that occurs to the last person killed with your gun. If you consider only unique kill banners to have been necessary for this goal, then this would've been possible with the release of the Spectrum bundle a month earlier; that skin line was the 17th to feature a kill banner, but only the 16th to feature a banner AND finisher. The Recon bundle released immediately before Spectrum doesn't feature a finisher, which is why this distinction has to be made at all.

One more minor caveat: I consider the Prime and Prime 2.0 skins to be unique from each other for the sake of this goal. I think this is fair if you compare the two - the finisher and kill banner are both different.
