Getting "Your game requires a system restart to play. Please restart your computer. If this issue continues, reach out to our player support team." notification above play button. I have Restarted, redownloaded, ran as admin, and set vgc to auto. still cant log in.
I have followed every thing I have found online and can't get it to fix.

Riot needs to give out more free radianite
I understand that you can buy the battlepass, but sometimes people don't want to(sounds stupid). If I spend 25-50 on a gun skin just to not be able to enjoy it completely, I want a refund, which Riot also won't provide because I used a gun....
